Site: Our Gewürztraminer grows at 400 m above sea level directly below the Leuchtenburg ruins on gravel loam soils and porphyry bedrock, which gives it a unique character.

Vinification and ageing: After the hand harvest, the grapes are macerated for several hours and gently pressed whole. After natural sedimentation and separation of the lees, fermentation and storage on the fine yeast under controlled temperature for 8 months in stainless steel tanks.

Wine portrait: The Gewürztraminer presents itself complexly aromatic with intense aromas of roses and citrus. Full-bodied and elegant on the palate with fresh acidity.
