Cuvée obtained selected grapes among the most typical of the Valle Isarco: Müller Thurgau, Sylvaner and Kerner . With its fresh, fruity and intense character the wine reflects the entire territory of the Valle Isarco. 

Pale lemon yellow color. Dry taste with fresh and vivacious acidity, tropical fruits, mineral finish. Intensive nose, fruity-floral with scents of grapefruit, apple, apricot and elderflower. 

Grape varierty:

Sylvaner, Müller Thurgau, Kerner - Weinberg Dolomiten IGT. 

Production area: 
Valle Isarco 550 - 610 m a.s.l. Stony, lean, skeleton-rich alluvial soils containing diorite and quartz phyllite. 

Vinification: 
Delicate processing and crushing, controlled-temperature fermentation and ageing on fine lees in stainless steel tanks, no malolactic fermentation. 

Food pairing: 
Because of its minerality and liveliness it is an excellent aperitif; it also goes well with first courses, fish and white meats. 

Serving temperature: 
8 - 10°C.

Ageing potential: 
3 - 5 years.
