Product description
Character: The Vernatsch originates Arzenhof, hill between 300 and 400 meters above sea-level. Talus cone sloping to the southeast, with calcareous gravel, porphyry, and quartz sand (mineral components) and sufficient loam (body). Mediterranean microclimate. A saturated rubin red, a delicate aroma of raspberry, cherry, bitter almonds and is full and velvety on the palate and long finish.
Recommendation: This wine is ideal as an aperitif, an accompaniment to appetizers, or to typical Tyrolean fare such as speck and sausage, but also to lighter meats and mild cheeses.
