Tipo di vinificazione: fermentazione classica rossa maturazione di un anno in fusti di rovere. Caratteristiche organolettiche: vino rosso granato scuro, caratteristico; ricorda leggermente la vaniglia e cacao, pieno, armonico, tannini nobili. Grado alcolico: 13,5 Vol.% Alc. Zucchero residuo: 3,2 g/l. Da servire: 18 - 20°C;
