Product description

Brilliant Garnet Red. Fruity of forest fruits and cherry, rich in chocolate with subtle Röstaromen. Very powerful, youthful wine, which is characterized by a very soft, round tannin. Very balanced and harmonious.

Vine variety: 100% Lagrein

Zone: Calving field at 250 m ü.d.M

Vinification: 4 weeks maceration in stainless steel tanks and subsequent degradation. Storage for 20 months in new and used. French oak barriques

Food recommendation: In the kitchen it should be served with all kinds of meat dishes, but as a soloist it cuts a very good figure in the evening

Serving temperature: 16 - 18°C

Stockability: 10 - 15 years
