The finest red autochthonous grape, fruity with formidable structure

Colour: Dark ruby, almost black
Nose: A delicate scent of violets, with an intense aroma of black woodland berry fruits
Flavour: Rich, supple with sweet tannins

Winemaking and maturation: Traditional fermentation with the skins, followed by maturation in French Allier oak barriques

Analitical data: Alcohol: 10.50% vol, Total acidity: 5.1 g/l, Residual sugar: 1.5 g/l

Serve Goes well with: Cool, 16 - 18°C. Full-flavoured, savoury dishes such as venison, game, red meats and mature cheeses
