Product description

Deep, dark ruby, attractive aroma of blackberry and blueberry fruit, soft and rich on the palate. A delicious wine characterised by fruit sweetness and generosity, velvety though with assertive, sweet tannins.

Grape varieties: 100% Lagrein (indigenous variety)

Location: Rentsch near Bozen, altitude: 270 - 280 m

Growing system: Pergola

Maturation: De-stemming and subsequent fermentation in a stainless steel tank at a controlled fermentation temperature with a must contact time of 11 days. Ecological acid degradation and storage in medium large wooden barrels.
