Product description

Gentle and delicate in fragrance. A broad spectrum of fragrances reminiscent of green apple, pear, hazelnut, quince and elderberries. All components on the palate are in harmony. Very balanced white wine with spicy, mineral aftertaste.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Blanc

Zone: Caldaro field on limestone soils.

Vinification: maceration time for 4 hours, fermentation in stainless steel barrels and subsequent storage for 5 months on fine yeast in steel tanks

Serve temperature: 8 - 10°C

Stockability: 4 - 6 years
