AGING: Fermentation in barriques, steel tanks and big oak casks. 5 months storage on fine yeast with partial biological acid reduction.

VINTNERS COMMENT: The colour is a brillant greenish yellow. Discreet fresh flavour of green apples. The taste is soft with a vivid fruit acid.
