Production area:

Vinification:
Manual harvest and grape selection. Cold maceration for about 2-3 hours. Then the grapes and their stems are pressed. 70% are fermented in steel tanks and 30% in tonneaux. The wine matures on the Fein yeast for about 5 months. The two separately aged wines are then reunited and filled into the bottle.

Matching:
This complex Pinot Blanc is a very versatile companion. This excellent white wine can be served with an aperitif, tasty appetizers and subtle main dishes.
