Elegant fruit, sprightly, firm and attractive - a classic Alto Adige speciality

Grape varieties: 100% Pinot Blanc

Deion:
Colour: straw yellow
Nose: fresh, very clear, nice fruit, white fruits
Flavour: wonderfully clear also on the palate, very pure Pinot Bianco

Notes: The wine goes as aperitif, but is best suitable for light dishes, also starters

Winemaking and maturation: Soft pressing, must clarification by refrigeration and natural sedimentation, temperature controlled fermentation at 20°C followed by maturation in stainless steel tank.

Serve Goes well with: Lightly chilled (12° to 14°C) This is an extremely versatile wine, delicious as an aperitif as well as an accompaniment for fish and poultry dishes
