Production Area: Site called Jansen, below Montan in Unterland

Cultivation system: Guyot

Grape harvest begining: beginning of September

Vinification: traditional Maturation: in barrique

Organoleptic characteristic: This Pinot Nero is cultiveted on the sunny slopes below Montan and convinces by its ruby red colour and the typical fruity aroma slightly of vanilla. Its taste is full and long persisting.  

Best served: 18° C
