Product description

Grape variety: Blauburgunder (Pinot Nero)

WINE:
Colour: strong, fresh ruby red
Aroma: ripe fruit aromas with cherries and plum jam, spicy, hints of walnut, finely integrated woody notes
Taste: elegant structure, soft, warm tannins, delicate, minerally and salty, invitingly drinkable, youthful, fresh finish

Vineyards: Eppan Berg, 500-600 m above sea level Soils on calcareous till, facing east-south Vine training with guyot with selected French Burgundy clones

Vinification: temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel at 27°C for 12 days, organic acid reduction and maturation in small wooden barrels for 14 months

Recommended with: peppered steak, grilled meat, hare, roast duck, ripe cheese ...

Drinking temperature: 13-15°C

Best consumed: within 5 years
