Deion:
SantRosè is a rosé wine with a delicate, floral and inviting bouquet and the elegance of a white wine with a ruby red colour. Vinified using the salassa technique, the short maceration on the marc makes it juicy and fruity.

Grape variety:
Monarch and Cabernet Cortis

Vinification:
6 months in stainless steel.
