Terlano Vineyards is particularly renowned for its white wines, which are fruity, with big body, full complexity and longevity.

Grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc

Production area: Terlano - Winkl

Altitude: 300-500m a.s.l.

Soil: Sandy, easy warming up porphyry-gravel

Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats; ageing and maturation on fine yeast for 8 month

Appearance: color: light yellow with green reflexes aroma: intensiv fruity bouquet, with nuances of elderblossom and ripe fruit taste: gentle, with a well balanced acidity and a fine aftertaste

Drinking temperature: 10-12 ºC

The mouthfeel is rich yet taut and fresh, saline and with a long, almost spicy finish."
