Product description

This special wine, the Gfill Hof vineyard, grows on the hill above St. Pauls at about 430 metres above sea level. The Sauvignon "Gfillhof" is a fruity, bloomy and wholehearted wine, strongly recalling elder, black currant and green grass. The colour ranges green-yellow to gold-yellow. It is a fresh, vital wine with a pleasant abundance. It goes well with asparagus and starters.

Enjoy it lightly chilled, about 10-12°C.
