VINE CULTIVATION: Pergola

HARVEST: End of September till Oktober AGING: Alcoholic fermentation in small steel tanks at controlled temperature. Biological acid reduction and storage in small oak casks (44 hl) for 5 months.

VINTNERS COMMENT: Bright Ruby red color. The Bouquet reminds of violets and almonds. The taste is elegant, soft with a well balanced acid.
