Product description

Colore: rosso rubino carico tendente al rosso mattone da vecchio.

Profumo e sapore: fruttato, con sentore di ciliege e ribes rosso, sviluppa il profumo intenso della mandorle e della viola. Di gusto vellutato, armonioso, pieno, ben strutturato, rotondo e persistente.

Abbinamenti: il Santa Maddalena è un vino versatile ideale da accompagnare ad una gustosa merenda, alla gamma degli antipasti, ai piatti a base di carne, al pollame, all'agnello e ai piatti a base di formaggio.

Vitigni: Vernatsch (Schiava) e poco Lagrein

Provenienza: collina di S. Maddalena con esposizione sud-ovest

Coltivazione: Pergola

Vinificazione: fermentazione con vinacce per 10-14 giorni. Correzione biologica dell'acidità e maturazione in botti di rovere
