Caratteristiche: Uve: Schiava con Lagrein. Zona di produzione: la tenuta Huck am Bach si trova in località S.Maddalena della città di Bolzano, 250 - 500 mt di altitudine. Inizio vendemmia: ottobre. Tipo di vinificazione: fermentazione classica rossa maturazione in botti di rovere. Caratteristiche organolettiche: vino rosso rubino, elegante, profumo intenso, leggermente di mandorle e viola, pieno, rotondo, persistente. Grado alcolico: 12,5 Vol.%. Zucchero residuo: 2,7 g/l. ;

Abbinamenti gastronomici: con carni, selvaggina, salumi, pasta o formaggi stagionati.
