Vino di colore giallo chiaro, tendente al verdognolo, fruttato, profumo fresco, di corpo armonico e gusto decisamente secco. Si accompagna bene con affettati, pesci medio grassi al forno o in umido, paste con sughi aromatici di verdure, formaggi caprini.
