Very cold winter, very normal springtime. Many rainfalls during the all first part of the summer, but the end of July to the end of October the weather was sunny and dry, so the end of maturation and the harvest were simply perfect. Very balanced vintage, a great vintage.
This biological primitive is dedicated to Antonio Mortinaro. Accompanying Judge Giovanni Falcone. He died in the Capaci massacre on 23 May 2020 at the age of 29. His friends cheerfully called him a little fishmonger.
