Made olives harvested mainly in the provinces of Florence, Arezzo and Siena, cold pressed in the Frantoio di Santa Tea within 20 hours of picking. Intense aroma of fresh olives. Taste: fresh notes with hints of artichoke. Emerald green colour with yellow highlights. Ideal on grilled meats and vegetables, excellent on carpaccio and salads.
