Appearance: straw yellow colour, slightly opaque. Soft perlage. Nose: elegant and complex, with hints of bread crust and light apple notes Palate: crisp and pleasantly dry Pairings: good as an aperitif, it pairs perfectly with aged cheese and salami, in particular with the local “sopressa veneta”.
