Small, carefully selected moss mushrooms, lightly vinegarised, flavoured and governed in olive oil. In addition to being used as an appetizer, they are recommended in the preparation of mixed salads.

Moss mushrooms (Volvaria volvacea), olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: lascorbic acid (E 300).
