INGREDIENTS 
in varying proportions: cultivated yellow family mushrooms (Pholiota nameko), moss mushrooms (Volvaria volvacea), porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and its group), chanterelle mushrooms (Cantharellus cibarius); olive oil, wine vinegar, salt, sugar, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E 330), antioxidant: lascorbic acid (E 300).
