Fresh borettane onions, cooked sweet and sour with a little balsamic vinegar Modena. Excellent cold or hot appetizer, ideal side dish for meat, fish and to enrich salads.

Ingredients: borettane onions, sugar, wine vinegar, water, sunflower seed oil, "Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI" 3% (wine vinegar, concentrated grape must, colouring agent: E150d), white wine, salt, spices, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid (E330). It contains sulphites.
