This is a splendid dessert wine, that goes well with typicall Veronese desserts like pandoro, panettone, (a type of cake) and shortbread, but it can also be served with soft and flavourful cheese like blue cheese.

Very cold winter, very normal springtime. Many rainfalls during the all first part of the summer, but the end of July to the end of October the weather was sunny and dry, so the end of maturation and the harvest were simply perfect. Very balanced vintage, a great vintage.
