Notes of ripe tropical fruit combined with floral and herbal undertones and an elegant touch of citrus fruit. Full-bodied white wine with a floral nose and a fruity taste with a light spice. Pairs perfectly: with mushroom dishes, fish and seafood or as an aperitif.

The Pinot Grigio is a fullbodied white wine which is full of extracts. It has a straw yellow colour, it smells flowery, the taste is pleasantly soft. Once it has ripened, you can taste hints of walnuts and honey.

This wine makes a youthful impression with its fresh, pale yellow and subtle green-yellow highlights. The inviting bouquet initially reveals notes of gooseberry paired with a touch of currant followed by nuances of elderflower, nettles and flint. The palate makes an equally refreshing impression due to a crisp, elegant, appetizing acidity that is superbly integrated. The extraordinary freshness that characterizes this wine continues the entire length of the mouth. Well balanced and firmly structured, this wine impresses with notes of minerals and clearly defined varietal aromas on the finish.

In its youth, it is still wild. Once the stage of maturity for consumption has been reached, however, it becomes truly enthralling, with delicate mountain apple and lemon balm. The bouquet is unobtrusive, evoking the delicate fragrance of the flowers that sprout crevices above the tree line. A careful passage through wood lends the wine a suppler texture, which forms a harmonious with the unbroken, fresh acidic structure.

The aroma is reminiscent of quince and exotic fruit. Well structured on the palate, full of character and with racy acidity. A wine that conveys drinking pleasure.

One of South Tyrolߦs oldest and most typical grape varietals, Gewürztraminer is highly aromatic. Of high quality, Gewürztraminer has distinct aromas of spices (especially cloves), roses and litchi. Its colour is straw yellow with hues of gold. Gewürztraminer has got a light acidity, but still manages to show great longevity. Ours is an excellent companion to food, especially Asian and spicy food as well as our typical South Tyrolean Speck.

This white wine is grown on gray porphyry and sandy limestone rock flour. With its pale-green colour, it reveals its complex potential in the glass with mineral flint nuances and crystal clear fruit.The taste is dry and the wine shows deepness, precision and a persistent finish.

The name supplement Hautnah refers to the fermentation of whole grapes, close to the skin (peel).

Delicate green to light yellow in color, this wine is a pleasure to drink with its awesome intensity and broad spectrum of aromas: spicy, floral notes of jasmine and sage lend it a spectacular degree of finesse. Delicately structured with nice acidity, it has a racy, uncomplicated finish.

Color: bright yellow with amber highlights. Nose: pronounced fruity aromas of Bosc pear and yellow peach, coconut and hay flowers. Palate: full- flavored, well structured and elegant with a lively freshness, juicy fullness and vibrant minerality.

Bright, vivid pale yellow in colour with green reflexes. On the nose the aromas are clear-cut, reminiscent of freshly-picked apples, lemon grass, with a light hint of vanilla. After brief contact with oxygen in the glass the wine develops intense floral and nutty aromas. On the palate it is vivacious, fresh with crisp, tingling acidity. The interplay between accentuated fruit and flowery aromas follows through and strongly characterises the wine. Harmonious and well-structured in flavour, minerally with excellent length.

Bright straw-yellow with a green shimmer. Semi-aromatic, pronounced, ripe fruit aromas reminiscent to apricot and peach, floral notes. Medium bodied, elegant, lively and dry. 

The base wine of Isaras Brut is produced two typical Eisack Valley grape varieties: Müller Thurgau and Sylvaner. The Charmat method is used for the second fermentation; hence the primary aromas and the freshness can be preserved.
